Done for the political situation in birma/burma after the cyclone nargis.

The strongest damage of cyclon nargis was in burma and the area along it. The burmese government denied the enter to any helpers from other countries. Even the few relief supplies, which were sent, have been seized by the military government. Furthermore, some donated aids were found to be available in the country's black market.
